Southern Rock and true Rock & Roll Legends brought their incredible music to the picturesque Southern seaside community of Ocean Springs, MS on the midsummer evening of Sat. July 2, 2016. Wet Willie’s legendary and the phenomenal Jimmy Hall and Donna Hall Foster were joined by some of the greatest musicians of all time – Musicians devoted to keeping the spirit of Muscle Shoals music alive! Original “Swamper” Jimmy Johnson (guitarist with the great Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section), Kelvin Holley (longtime guitarist with Little Richard, The Decoys, The Amazing Rhythm Aces and more), N.C. Thurman (sensational musician from the Muscle Shoals music scene), Milton Sledge (a drummer who has performed on too many records to count) and on bass, the very talented Jamie McFarlane.

Legendary Jimmy Johnson of The Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section at Ocean Springs Live in Ocean Springs, MS (Sat. July 2, 2016) The acclaimed session musician and record producer has performed with many known greats including Wilson Picket and Aretha Franklin. He also engineered three tracks on The Rolling Stones’ album “Sticky Fingers”. Johnson’s music resume is endless!

Kelvin Holly is a longtime guitarist for Little Richard, The Decoys and The Amazing Rhythm Aces. He has an impressive and lengthy music resume while performing on records by some of music’s most famous and greatest artists.
